What should I do before contacting support

Windows Media Format - If you are experiencing a problem of converting Windows Media Format (WMV), please make sure that you have installed Windows Media Player on your computer, or installed the Windows Media Codec, you may see the FAQ page.

Information Needed for Support - Please include the following information for prompt support:

Order ID - Send us your order ID, or forward the order receipt to us.
Operating System - Windows version, and any Service Packs.
Memory and Processor - Ram (MB) and CPU (Pentium III, AMD, etc.)
Operation Sequence - It is important to send the sequence of observed behavior so that we can repeat the error on our computers.
