  1. What is MPEG Encoder?
    MPEG Encoder is a piece of software for encoding video streaming as MPEG video. This software can convert AVI, MPEG, WMV to MPEG file.

  2. What is MPEG?
    MPEG stands for Moving Pictures Expert Group. A working group of ISO/IEC in charge of the development of standards for coded representation of digital audio and video.
    MPEG is not an acronym for any standard, it is the acronym for the group who develops these standards! The standards include MPEG-1, MPEG-2, and MPEG-4.
    MPEG-1 is the video format that has had some extremely popular spin-offs and sideproducts, most notably MP3 and VideoCD.
    MPEG-2 is not a successor for MPEG-1, but an addition instead. MPEG-2 is used in digital TVs, DVD-Videos and in SVCDs.
    MPEG Encoder supports only MPEG-1 and MPEG-2, does not support MPEG-4.

    You may send your order receipt email message(with your order ID included in it) to us for resending the registration instructions to you.

  5. Is your online ordering secure?

  6. What's the limitation of trial version?
    The trial version only convert 50% of each file. Registered version will remove this limitation.

  7. When will I get my full version after purchase?
    You will get an email message immediately after your purchase. The registration name and code are included in the email message.

  8. How to register it?
    Just download the setup package from our website. Install it to your computer. Enter the registration name and code you received with copy-n-paste.

  9. Can I get a CD shipped to me?
    If you want to get a CD, you must check the item "Add a CD for $9.95" when you place the order. We do not charge you for the $9.95, it is for the company who will send you a CD with our software burned on it.

  10. When will I get the CD shipped to me?
    I don't know. It is not us who send out the CD. You may reply the email message to you from Qwerks.com to confirm the state of the CD.
